Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is required to assess the overall management of the IQDR including its financial and organizational competence, strategic direction and performance. It is also to act as an advocate for the aims and activities of the IQDR at government and non-governmental levels and as part of this, aid in seeking financial support. Its function will overlap with that of the Operational Group in fiscal aspects (budgetary monitoring plus fundraising) and with the Scientific Committee in terms of establishing policies and agreements with the funding sources.
The inaugural meeting of the Advisory Board will be by conference call. Thereafter they will meet at least annually by conference call or in conjunction with either the ADC or ASN meeting.
